Call Overland and ask them for documentation.  The ADSM manuals do not cover
every possible combination, only the errors that "should" occur on "all"
libraries.  When I finally got the manual for our ATL P3000, I dicovered
that many of the "unknown errors" were things like "the entry/exit port has
been accessed".  Each library manufacturer has codes specific to their
implementation, so I guess ADSM can't cover them all.
