Exchange Connect Agent Error

Subject: Exchange Connect Agent Error

I am trying to setup the Exchange Connect Agent for the first time and I am
getting an error that says access is denied to the exchange server when I
try to do my first backup. I am logged in as the system admin with rights to
both the server and exchange. Any ideas? The exchange server is 5.5 and NT
sp 5.
