You may need to configure the LM to allow access from your server. In
some (all?) installations, the Library Manager will only accept commands
from specified IP's. Make sure that your server's address is in that list.
You can set the list by going to the Library Manager screen, going to:
Commands Menu
LAN Options
Add LAN Host
