NT 4 SP4 + hot fixes.
ADSM Server V3.1.2.20

The database has 12 GByte space allocated, and we are currently using about
10% of this.

Occassionally (twice in the last 6 weeks), no more entries are written to
the activity log. When the servers are re-booted (or services stopped and
restarted) then it all picks up again OK.
The second time this happened the last entry was an I/O error on the DLT
Tape Library. The next entry was after the re-boot:
