John,
I have a 4-ways 3466 with 3/100Mbit Ethernet card, but I can't tell you
much about the bandwith because of the incremental scheme ADSM applies
and also that, if I have big files normally they are on big boxes with
compression enabled. I can only say that I manage to do what I need to
do.
