For our Novell servers, we use the following command to get all the volumes
backed up:

INCLUDE                   *:/.../* MCB0004J

The only times I've had that fail when we removed a volume was if I did not
unload and reload the DSMC NLM after taking the volume offline.  Seems it
doesn't dynamically check -- it only checks when you load ADSM.
