Rodrigo has the command correct but when migrating from 3.1.0 or 3.1.1 you must
get the fileset adsm.msg.en_US.emhelp and
make sure that you migrate all filesets to their latest level.

As we speak, the latest level (US English) is:

3.1.2.30 - adsm.devices.rte
3.1.2.20 - adsm.devices.acsls
3.1.2.40 - adsm.server.rte
3.1.2.20 - adsm.server.gif (Web admin GIFs, class files, etc)
3.1.2.20 - adsm.msg.en_US.emhelp (web admin help)

All of these updates can be ftp'd from service.boulder.ibm.com (replaced
index.sanjose.ibm.com).
The directory is storage/adsm/fixes/v3r1/aixsrv/LATEST.SERVICE.
NOTE: If you are migrating from 3.1.0 or 3.1.1, you may need a base install
package for acsls or emhelp.
               You can get them from storage/adsm/fixes/v3r1/aixsrv/3.1.2.0
