When you install the client on NT, a scheduler service is created for you
(generally). It's name is ADSM Scheduler. That's the good news. The bad
news is it usually isn't configure correctly. You can use
c:\program files\ibm\adsm\baclient\dsmcutil to fix it up. The following
commands are usefule

dsmcutil help -- will show all you need to know!
dsmcutil list -- will show scheduler services already installed
dsmcutil update /name:"ADSM Scheduler" /node:yournodename
/password:password -- to update an existing service

or if you don't have a service

dsmcutil install /name:"ADSM Scheduler" /node:yournodename
/password:password /autostart:yes
