I have AIX ADSM client code V 3.1.20.7 on a system that I am backing up to
OS/390 V3.11 with Version 3 ADSM server.   We have two ports on the ADSM
server OSA adapters.  They are running at 10 MBps full duplex.  I get
astonishing different throughput when backing up clients on various subnets
to either on of the OSA adapters.  I get roughly 200-400KB/sec which is
expected and sometimes I get 5-40KB/sec . This happens consistently.   Are
there issues with AIX 4.3.1? NT server backups fly at 600-800 KB/sec on
either card.
