Richard,

Thank you for the time you put replying to my note.  Yes I agree our new
customer didn't put ANY thought into testing/auditing their current backup
procedures, at least not until they 1) called us into their shop to upgrade
ADSM, and 2) ran into a situation where they really needed to restore data
from a down production box.

At least one good thing came out of this - they now want us to come in and
design a new RS/6000 ADSM midrange backup solution from the ground up.
