We are getting this also, IBM Suggested that we replace the nic in
the machine, But a second machine is exhibiting the behavior, they are
having us run a trace now.  Anyone else had the same experience?

        Diana - I'm not an NT expert, but searching
http://msdn.microsoft.com/ for
                "10054" indicates that it's about the connection being reset
by
        the peer, as in the server severing the connection.  There should be
some
        indication in the ADSM server Activity Log as to what's going on.
If not
        there, perhaps the server operating system logs may have some
evidence.
