Can somebody help me with the following rpoblem:

I am trying to backup DB2 UDB with the ADSM api and the following AIP
environment settings:

DSMI_CONFIG=/aebeheer/adsmdb2/dsm.opt
DSMI_DIR=/usr/lpp/adsm/api/bin
DSMI_LOG=/var/msgs/adsm

The options file is:
/home/root# cat /aebeheer/adsmdb2/dsm.opt

and the dsm.sys file is in /usr/lpp/adsm/api/bin

We have added the ADSM password in the DB2 configuration and one of the
databases can be backed up without a
problem with a schedule: su - edxji -c db2  backup db edxj1d online use adsm

All the other database instances go wrong. They use exactly the same backup
command except with an other user but the same
environment variables for the API.

They all return the following in the sched.log:

As you can see it returns a returncode of 2048. Is this a DB2 return code or
an API return code?
We have been trying and trying but where not able to get this to work for
the other database instances on this same
machine.

I hope somebody can help me with this.
