Lower the reclamation threshold as for a primary storage pool and let ADSM
do the work. Especially since your tapes are onsite. In general, if copy
storage pool volumes are not in the library, ADSM will reclaim them using
the primary pool tapes.
I guess deleting the volume and letting ADSM copy the files again during the
next backup stg works ok, but it isn't the way the product was designed to
work.
