Storage pool volumes are filled in a round robin scheme with txngroupsize
files written to each volume is succession. So if you have four storage
pool volumes, the first one will get 256 files, then the secon and so on
around the horn. bytelimit might come into play in the case of large files
and the file number may vary a bit. Bottom line, the pool volumes are
usually used fairly evenly.
