I assume that the BRMS client to ADSM and the ADSM server on the same
AS400.

I think this message occurs when BRMS notices a tape operation that is
using a non BRMS registered tape. The only way to get rid of this message
would be to change the ADSM library definition to one of USRDFN and handle
tape operations for ADSM via exit programs through BRMS.
