Archiving by date

Hello people!
I'm trying to find a way of Archiving data on a date basis, i.e anything that
has'nt been referenced for 2 years+. Does anybody know of any way of scheduling
an Archive to run on with this criteria. Is there any 3rd party software on tha
market that can be bought to assist with this???
Please help!!
