When trying to archive files on a netware client server, I get the
following message:

ANS5148W - The server needs to do a one-time conversion of your archive
data before you
can continue. This operation may take a long time and can not be canceled
once it has started.

Does anyone know what this is about?  Apparently, it is not going to let me
 archive anything until
I allow it to run.
