Laura,

The ADSMConnect Agent for Microsoft Exchange Server
does not currently support MS clusters.  We are planning
to add MS cluster support in an upcoming PTF.

However, as you witnessed, the Exchange Agent should be usable
in a MS cluster environment.  I don't think that the Information
Store failing to start problem is related to the MS cluster issue.
One thing to try...make sure you specify "erase existing"
on the restore operation.
