ADSM Server OS : NT 4.0 SP4
ADSM Server version 3.1.2.20

We have an intermittent problem with ADSM reporting the following error to
the NT event log:

ADSM Server Diagnostic: ANR9999D: Thread 91(TID 332):
pkAcquireMutex error, object already held


This message shows up 130 times with the same time stamp. The ADSM service
Shuts down but the NT server stays up.
No errors show in the Activity Log. The service can be restarted and seems
to run fine.

This usually happens during nightly backups. Last night it happend at 12:25
AM.
