ADSM service levels are cumulative, meaning they contain all the service
form the previous levels.

Intermediate service level 3.1.2.24 contains the fix for APAR PQ26279
which addresses expiration performance.

Intermediate service level 3.1.2.22 added device support for IBM 3590E
tape drives. The IBM 3590 Sun device driver IBMtape.4.0.2.8 is required
for this level.
