I'm sorry to tell you that you can't disable server events on the actlog
receiver.

the only way's to workaround this I know is to define and configure a
userexit which you query

or to configure the console for the messages you want/don't want and query
the file(s) you get from the dsmulog utility (if you have this AIX server
feature).
