Tom,
You are correct IBM ADSM v3.1 and Tivoli ADSM now
called Tivoli Storage Management (TSM) is this same
code, however they are bundled differently.  IBM will
sell ADSM until the Sep. of this year then it is all
up to Tivoli.  :-)
