Hi,

we're having lots of trouble with our ADSM Solaris 7 client.

Today we have the following installation on our Solaris client

21:00 start of ADSM backup of several file systems (incr.)
22:00 shutdown Oracle database with cron
22:30 start backup of the oracle database
06:00 startup Oracle database with cron

If at 6:00 o clock the ADSM file system backup is still running
then the database will not start because there are no semaphores
available. We've increased the semaphores to 160 and the
problem is still not solved.


What can we do? Is there a way to limit the ADSM to use
a specific ammount of semaphores or anything else?
