Questionnaire: Specification of backup requirement

*   Regular backups (e.g. they will expire after a set time or number o*

For each type of data (for each required combination of copy group and
management class)

*   What to do if a file is being modified during backup:
     Don?t backup, don?t retry
     Retry, but if modified during last retry, don?t backup
     Backup it up immediately
     Retry, if modified during last retry, back it up anyway
*   How often to back these files up
*   Is there a minimum number of days between backups? (don?t backup these
files more often then..)
*   Backup files after that number of days, even if it has not changed?
[Absolute] Or only when it has changed? [Modified] (only used when backup
action is incremental)
*   How many backup versions to keep?
*   The maximum number of versions of a file to be retained? [versions data
exists]
*   The maximum number of versions of a file to be retained after a file is
deleted from the system? [versions data deleted]
*   How long (days) do we want to keep a version of file after a newer
version has been backed up [retain extra versions]
*   How long (days) do we want to keep the last copy of a file after it has
been deleted from the system [retain only version]

Backups will be stored initially on disk, then later that day migrated Backups
