You can reduce to one a day by:
Sending a note to LISTSERV AT VM.MARIST DOT EDU
In the body of the note: SET ADSM-L Digest
I use a mail agent to move my ADSM-L mail off to a folder in my mailbox and then
look at the mail in that folder, it keeps it out of my inbox so I can look at
when I have time.
