Bugs in ptf 7 (solaris 2.5.1)

I discoverd some bugs in tne ptf 7 client for solaris 2.5.1.
Firstly the highly anticipated ARCHSYMLinkasfile=no function wasn't
recognized, and the client refused to start without setting the
DSM_DIR=/opt/IBMadsm-c
DSM_CONFIG=/opt/IBMadsm-c/dsm.opt
variables, even though I shouldn't have to.
Whom shall I contact to report these faults?
