The transaction bucket in the Instrumentation statistics is a "cath-all"
bucket for time not accounted for elsewhere in the statistics, include file
open and close operations.  The transaction bucket does not represent, nor
correllate to the txngroupmax nor txnbytelimit settings.  In a very small
example where we backed up 50 files, the Transaction "frequency" in the
INSTR_CLIENT_DETAIL trace output was 225.  On clients with a large amount of
files, you can expect to see quite a lot of time spent in this area.
