If I understand correctly, the "missing" tapes get deleted without ever
becoming Vaultretrieve. Do they show up in the activity log as being deleted
when the MOVE DRM command is run?

We print a list of tapes to be retrieved from the activity log, after the
command is run, instead of checking which tapes are Vaultretrieve with the Q
DRM command. We used to do that, but we ran into trouble with tapes going to
Mountable state AFTER the list was generated but BEFORE the MOVE DRM command
was run.

I don't have access to our "vault", so I can't check the inventory, but I
wonder if our way of handling things makes us "lose" tapes as well.
