Hi Frans,

I'd explicetely set the DOMAIN option to all-local and
call dsmc incr with -domain="/usr" option (for possible problems caused by
/etc/filesystems).
(! the domain option will be ignored if you use the filespec parameter with
dsmc incr.)

/tmp is per default excluded (and this makes sense).
