No.

Any NEW output to tape will be done in a collocated manner;

That means MIGRATION, RECLAIM, MOVE DATA, RESTORE, or BACKUP to tape will
collocate their output.

But ADSM will not start up new processes just for the purposes of
rearranging data already on tapes.
