ADSM takes too much semaphores

Hi folks,

we installed ADSM client software on a solaris 7 box. If a backup is running
and we shutdown the oracle database, the database will not start a few
hours later because there are no more semaphores available.

Is there a way to restrict the usage of semaphores of ADSM or does anybody
know how much semaphores ADSM needs?
