Magstar and ADSM 3.1.2.20

Hi ADSM Fans,
we want to change our ADSM Rel 3.1.1.3 to 3.1.2.20 on an new Compaq Server
with WinNT 4.0.
We dumped our ADSM DB on the old System and want to restore it to the new
System.
For this reason we must connect our library magstar 3575 L24 to the new
Server.
But unfortunately the restore doesn't work on the new Server. The Library
is not known wether we moved the devconfig file! Our IBM Specialist is now
thinking about!
Has somebody knowledge in this field?
