Thanks everyone who as responded to my query.  I have the ATM LEC's
configured and working.  Unfortunately, with the version of AIX that I am
running (4.3.2.0), the ATM LE client configuration does not survive a
reboot.  When the system is rebooted, I have to manually take the
interface
down, then detach, and then bring up to make it work.  I finally spoke
with
someone at IBM Support who knew what needed to be done and he informed me
that there is a PTF that needs to be applied so that this problem can be
fixed.  I have the PTF on order.

Yes I have configured the Turboways 155 ATM adapter doing LAN emulation,
and
you're right it's tricky. I also ran into the same problem of IBM support
not being able to help with configuration. There's to many steps to
include
