Before I call support I thought I would try sending this out to the list.  I
would like to know if there is anyone else out there that has recently
upgraded a 3466, or similar configuration, and has experienced performance
problems since.

We recently upgraded to AIX 4.3 and ADSM 3.1.2.20 via the latest EC.  Since
then we have noticed that the server seems to get "bogged down" with even
the smallest amount of activity.  Backups and restores seem to run about the
same, but admin commands and session starts now experience considerable
delay, especially if anything else is happening on the server (like reclaim,
migration, etc).  This is intermittent, so it will be hard for me to nail
down any further than that.

Also, since the upgrade, we have had several restores hang in a media wait
if all drives are busy, instead of pre-empting a process (like migration or
reclaim) and freeing a drive for the restore.  I can manually cancel the
process that is running, and then the restore will jump in and grab the
drive, but this didn't use to be necessary.  This problem is also
intermittent, and when it is happening of course there is nothing written to
the log, so I am not sure how to report it.
