The message is due to existing information in the RECLAIM tabel (view
release notes).
Use the command
CLEANUP RECLAIM
Description:
CLEANUP RECLAIM command deletes all entries from the RECLAIM_ANALYSIS
table and reactivates reconstruction processing (if reconstruction
has
previously been disabled).
