Whats the trick...

At first I was not allowing enough time for tape reclamation
to happen to its fullest extent...
Now, I'm caught up and I've got 30 tapes still listed as VAULT
with a volume status of pending...
There is no data on these tapes...

What is the command to get these tapes to go "empty" and
thereby change them from VAULT to VAULTRETRIEVE...
