OK, remember that include/exclude statements are processed from the
bottom up and the processing exits and a course of action is decided
upon finding a/the first match
ALSO even if excluded, the directory structure will be backed up...
just 'cause you might not want the data files in the event of a need
to restore doesn't mean you don't want a place to put them ;-)

Hi,
I am using ADSM v.3 on a Solaris 2.6 machine.. I want to exclude
everything on the disk (exclude /*) and include (include /usr/local/,
include /var/spool/udsinstall....) Howevery, I see all the
files/directories under root was backuped... Is my include/exclude setup
correctly ?
