"Client Owner" is a new administrative privilege that was put in place to
allow backup-archive clients to perform backup/restores via the b-a web
interface.  Whenever you register a new node, you will also see an
administrator registered with your nodename and client owner administrative
privilege.

Take a look at the new "Using the UNIX Backup-Archive Manual" (or whatever
type of clients you use) for info on this new administrative right.
