There lies your problem.  Lotus Notes 4.62 is not officially supported.  To
be supported you can run Notes 4.5x, 4.6a, or 4.61 on NT.  AIX offers a
wider range of supported versions of Notes.

Thankfully there is a workaround.  When you installed the agent I bet you
installed it indicating you were going to backup Notes 4.61.  You can backup
4.62 if you installed the agent that is designed to backup Notes 4.5x.  What
you will need to do is uninstall your current agent.  Then reinstall it and
make sure you select Notes 4.5x servers.
