Do not forget that this was installed on a Microsoft product.
This means Bill Gates is involved. I think something was messed up by
some later upgrades/software installations overwritten library's

In fact it coult be anything. I stopped asking myself what caused the
problem
on a microsoft environment. I trust on UNIX (AIX) ,myself.
