I'm not positive about this, but I think that you can get
a copy of your post returned to you by changing a setting.

send an E-Mail to

       LISTSERV AT VM.MARIST DOT EDU
With the following text in the body of the message
       set adsm-l REPRO

Or, if your not getting an acknowledgement of successfully processed
postings, use
       set adsm-l ack
This will send you a short note that states that your mail has been
sent.
