There is a bug in the Lotus Notes API in versions 4.6.2 and 4.6.2a. However,
it was fixed in 4.6.2b. I don't know the exact manifestation of the problem
when running the agent, but if you are this level of Notes, it won't work as
advertised. Upgrading is your only option if you want to use the agent.
