It may be a shot in the dark, but on an upgrade of one of my
servers, the installation said it went OK, and it showed "committed", but
there were no files actually installed. I ended up having to uninstall and
reinstall those filesets.
        To check if this might be your problem, run these commands:
lslpp -f  adsm.server.util
lslpp -f  adsm.server.gif
lslpp -f  adsm.server.rte
        These commands should give you lists of files. If they didn't, the
server didn't install properly.
