Check to make sure the upgrade didn't change your dsm.opt or dsmserv.opt
files.  If you have named your server, the 3.1.2.1 level changed the name
back to the default.  I just now installed 3.1.2.20 and it doesn't have that
nasty behavior.  I would not use level 3.1.2.1 very long because it fails to
properly expire files (at least on AIX & I think MVS).
