I think that this is a simple thing to do, but I can't find anything about
it in the documentation.  I'm trying to create a schedule that will archive
all the files in a directory, and then delete the contents of the
directory.  i.e.

I want to archive the directory: /every/raid1_disc1/archive/username/
and when it is done archiving, I want it to look like
this:  /every/raid1_disc1/archive/

I'm guessing I need to write a script to do this, but I don't know what the
commands would be.
