I would suggest running a .bat file instead. In the file place the following
lines:
c:
cd \progra~1\ibm\adsm\agentln
dsmnotes incr d:\nd -subdir=yes -adsmpw=password
The scheduler actually runs in the context of baclient, not agentln, so the
dsmnotes executable is probably not being found.
