Hi thomas,

to me it seems that you have COLOCATION enabled, it seems even on
FILESPACE-Level.

At this level of Colocation ADSM starts for every Filespace of a client
a new volume. During normal processing of moving data (MIGRATION) the
server groups the files for each filespace. Specially UNIX clints, but
also Windowsclients tend to send only a few files per filespace. ->
exessive mounts and demouts during MIGRATION are the results.

Try to go back to collocation at client level.
