It's your lucky day. I've just dealt with a problem the same as this. Try
one of the following :-

 1. "Permission Folder" was deleted by mistake
 2. Illegal characters used in file/dir name
 3. APAR IC18235 which describe the same message - file name (including
    directory path) exceeds 255 characters
 .
 TEMPORARY FIX: Use SkipNTSecurity option introduced in the
 3.1.0.3  client..
