That's an incredible response from IBM.  11 GB is too big???
I don't think that IBMer understands that ADSM is an Enterprise Product,
not a PC package.  Perhaps his IBM management could provide him some
guidance.  Blowing off customers with nonsense responses like this is
not helping anyone.
