Where is the changing retry parm in the webadmin piece?

I set my Policy Domains on my MVS server years back using the Unix graphical
admin client.  Then I quit and went elsewhere for a time.  Now I've come back
and need the change the changingreties parameter and can't find it in the new
web admin piece.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
